“Great place. Staff was very friendly - room was comfortable so the sleep was nice. The only thing that was questionable were the breakfast eggs, they were very soup like. For a $27 breakfast buffet plate, I figured they would’ve used more than the generic soupy egg mix you find at lower end hotels. But, other than that, great stay!”

“My husband and I stayed here for two nights. I was honestly a little worried because of the reviews I had read, but our stay was amazing. The staff were nice and accommodating. The room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Our truck didn't fit in the parking garage but they let us park in between the hotel and the parking garage in a safe enclosed area.”

The staff is super helpful and nice, Amanda and Maria in the breakfast launch made me feel like home away from home with their service attitude and delicious omelettes and coffee (do NOT miss the opportunity to get one if you go). “I don't often leave reviews for hotels. My wife and I however travel a decent amount for pleasure and for work. Our recent short trip to Dallas was for training with a company that offices out of the building next door to the hotel. The hotel us older, but nicely renovated. The resturant was well above average. We are huge foodies so we ventured out. Breakfast is not included so be ready to eat a lot because it's $25 per person. The hotel for me was decent, but I am leaving a five stars review for one team member Gad. We met Gab the first night in the hotel at the bar, he clearly runs the entire thing which you can see from how smoothly everything was running. The drinks were masterfully made. He took the time to talk with us making spending several hours a fun addition to our training days. Gad made our training work trip enjoyable which was a very pleasant surprise.”

“This hotel has truly set the bar high for every other Marriott property. This was my first stay at the Westin in Dallas, and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. Laura Jacobson went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. Her attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression. The General Manager also took the time to personally introduce himself, which was a wonderful touch. I even overheard him checking in with staff to make sure they were doing well—something that speaks volumes about the culture and leadership at this property. The room was spotless, the service was outstanding, and every interaction exceeded expectations. If you’re staying in the Dallas area, I highly recommend choosing this property. I will absolutely be back.”
